Quirky and incredibly beautiful place, I greatly enjoyed to be here.
The location was particularly good for Salerno, right by the Centro Storico, and trains. The staff were competent, efficient. The room was silent and reasonably large with extra bed, stayed here for 1 night

Incredible staff who offered genuine Italian wine advice, along with excellent location near the beach and center of the city. Delicious breakfast with fantastic pastries and coffee. Spacious rooms with great character. Easy access to everywhere in town. Delicious food in the restaurant downstairs. Unbelievable value for the price.

Good location, working aircon, big room, nice breakfast in the bar.
Be careful with the hot water! It is scaldingly hot at the maximum. The TV didnt work, we had a really noisy fridge in the room. Outside the hotel are all the restaurants and bars, most of the sound is blocked out when you close the window but some remains.

If you want to visit the towns on the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Ravello, Positano), it's a good choice to stay in Salerno. You go by boat to the towns. Hotel Albergo Del Centro Storico is the ideal hotel for a young couple.Good value for money. Many bars and cheap food nearby.

Proximity to historical centre - it is a delightful location. Air conditioning - noisy but effective.
Anyone interested in staying at this hotel should be made aware of the noise levels all through the night from the pubs below - we got no sleep on the Saturday night and very little on the Sunday. However, on the Sunday night we were also awakened by staff coming up into our corridor in the early hours of the morning to pack stuff away in a cupboard next to our room - there was little consideration for guests trying to get some sleep. Earplugs are a must when staying here! People should also be made aware of the lack of parking and cost of street parking (although that's not the hotel's fault). The shower was dirty and mouldy and a lot of the furniture was falling apart. We had an enormous fridge in our room taking up lots of space - but it didn't work.

The staff here are super friendly and the location is spot-on! You can easily walk to the restaurant downstairs, catch trains or ferries to Positano and Amalfi, and hit the beach just a short stroll away. 🌟

clean and nice and in a fun area. Bathroom in room and modern. air-conditioning. Continental breakfast at hotel coffee shop. friendly staff.
VERY difficult to find. It was just over a mile from the bus/train/boat station. Web, but website made one think an easy walk. Confusing address with check in at coffee shop. This should be made clear and that it is right next door.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Salerno. The spacious room provided more than enough space for all of us, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with as many towels as we needed and even offering shampoo and soap. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the seaside, delicious restaurants, and great shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our children!
My kids wished there was a wider variety of options for breakfast.

Proximity to the Teatro Giuseppe Verdi was fantastic. Close to good restaurants and downtown holiday experience. 2 blocks from ocean. Safe part of town.
While room had neat modern design, there were still room renovations underway with exposed wires.
